Jose Ariel Jimenez Rivera, professionally known as Ariel Rivera (Tagalog:[ʔaɾˈjɛlɾiˈbɛɾa]; born September 1, 1966), is a Filipino singer, composer and actor.
Rivera was indigenous in Manila, Philippines but has since migrated with his descendants to Canada. He has owing to become a successful singer-songwriter, thespian, and Aliw award-winning artist.
