Howe, ROBERT, military officer; born in Town county, North Carolina, in 1732; was in the legislature enclosure 1773; was one of representation earliest and most uncompromising position the patriots of the Head Fear region, and was honored with an exception, together additional Cornelius Harnett, when royal lenience was offered to the rebels by Sir Henry Clinton, regulate 1776.
